How can I sign up for the unlimited club?

You have the option to sign up for the unlimited speed club either online or in person at any of our locations.

When will I be billed for my membership?

Billing for your membership will occur on the anniversary date of your purchase.

What should I do if I get a new license plate or a new car?

If you have a new license plate or vehicle simply inform one of our employees at any of our locations, and they will update the information in our records.

How can I cancel my plan?

To cancel your membership, you can conveniently do so online under the “manage membership” section.

What happens when I cancel my unlimited plan?

Upon canceling your unlimited plan, you will no longer be billed for your membership, and you will still be able to use it until the end of the payment period.

Are the vacuums free?

Yes, the vacuums are provided at no charge when you purchase a wash.

Will I be charged for vacuums, towels, fragrance, etc.?

No, once you’ve paid for any wash, additional items like vacuums, towels, and fragrance are available to you at no extra cost.

Can I only use the vacuum without buying a wash?

No, you are required to purchase any wash before utilizing the free amenities.

What are the size limitations for the tunnel?

The maximum dimensions allowed for vehicles in the tunnel are 7’2″ in height, 82″ in width, and 13-1/2″ in tire width. Dual-wheel trucks are not permitted.

Should I remove my trailer hitch?

Although it is not mandatory, we prefer that trailer hitches be removed if possible.

Should I fold in my mirrors?

Folding in mirrors is optional, but it is advisable for vehicles with very large mirrors. Our attendants can assist you with this request in the tunnel.

Does my truck bed need to be completely empty?

No, your truck bed doesn’t have to be entirely empty, but it should be free of excessive dirt. Remove any items that could be snagged by our equipment or blown out by our dryers.

How much dirt or mud is considered too much?

Generally, vehicles that have become dirty from driving on dirt roads are acceptable. However, caked-on mud from off-roading is not suitable for the wash as it may clog and potentially damage our equipment. Please ensure you wash off excessive mud before visiting our car wash.

Should I remain in my car while going through the tunnel?

Yes, you should stay in your car throughout the tunnel. However, if you feel uncomfortable for any reason, one of our attendants can take your vehicle through on your behalf.

Do I need to remove my antenna?

Removing your antenna is optional. If you prefer, our attendants can take care of it for you in the tunnel upon request.

Will you remove the bugs from my car?

All of our wash packages, except for Basic, include spraying a special bug softening chemical and manually scrubbing with a soft brush to remove bugs. While we can usually eliminate most bugs, some that have been baked on for an extended period may not come off completely. If you feel the bug removal was inadequate, please let us know, and we will run your car through again.
